Problem with login and cannot withdraw. Help!

Please help. I have two major problems. My account was limited and it has passed the 180 days. But now I cannot withdraw my funds. It refused to work even though I added a card. I'm really desperate to get my funds because that's the only funds I have now and I must put it in my business very soon. I have been contacting Paypal and calling but no solid reply. Finally I logged in to my Paypal only to see that I cannot even login. It says "Sorry we couldn't confirm it was you". This link is the link that shows instead of regular link - https://www.paypal.com/authflow/verification-failed/. Please help. Paypal please withdraw my funds from your side because it's proving really difficult for me here. Thank you. I am currently in Nigeria

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

The option to receive Paypal payments is sadly not available in Nigeria.
They can only send payments for purchases funded by a (confirmed) credit card.

Also paypal is country specific and should not be used in another country or you would hit problems.
