Hi, I suspect I may have interacted with a scammer but I am not sure. I agreed to sell an item and received an email requesting the tracking number in exchange fro releasing the funds, which was fine, I responded with the tracking number. I received another email asking that I request additional money from the buyer and I could just pay them back. What makes me suspicious is I contacted Paypal by phone and the representative I spoke with claimed not to see the pending transaction even though I can see it on my end. Am I being scammed?

Hi, heyitsmeck,
If you can see a pending transaction, we will need to review this again. We would ask you to add a tracking number to your transaction in order to spend up the payment hold release.
Please contact us again via the contact us section at the bottom of your account, or you can also contact us via Twitter or Facebook.
