I sent money to a number that is my friend number now. But the money went to someone who number it use to be and she won’t send my money back please help

How did you send it ie which paypal option?

How did you fund the paypal payment?

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account?

I sent it as her telephone number. It was supposed to went to my friend so I chose the friends family option and PayPal say all they can do is email the girl and ask can she send my money back. And it says complete which means the girl accepted the money and I can’t get a refund.
