Please help me with an unfair resolution

PayPal did not find in my favor, when in fact, I am the victim! I ordered one pack of sleep patches to try from a company called Wellmoon, but received several packages and TWO separate charges to my PayPal account, totaling $61.20! I contacted the company and sent the who bunch back, at my expense (which bought my loss to nearly $70.00.) They never refunded me. I escalated a claim on December 18th, and just now got the patently unfair resolution.
I've researched this company and found that others have registered the same complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The company uses several other names, such as Bandoo and MB Versus Media.
I am trying to appeal the decision made by PayPal, as they never grasped the situation. How in God's creation they found for the seller is a travesty.

Did you open x2 disputes for item received but not as described and if not which did you open?
Did you escalate to a claim?
Were you asked at any point to return the items back to the seller and if so did you do so with tracking / to the address paypal gave you and provide paypal with trackable proof of delivery back to the seller?
Advice is voluntary.
