So my account was permanently locked because I made the account before I was 18. I don't think there's anyway to get it back so I will make a new one. The thing now is that there are still some companies that owe me money back because I sent back clothes and they will send it back on my paypal account. Will I still receive the money on my Paypal or are they just unable to?
