Permanently limited

Please HELP me... My account is permanently limited. But all disputes and claim are already resolved. I still have 14,000php in my account. Its for my aunt's medicines. Shes fighting for malignant brain tumor-stage 4. She is the only one i have. I keep on texting paypal customer hotline but all respond are automated answers. Thats the only money i have now to support my aunts medicare. If ill wait for 180 days, i might lost her... please help me. Im too desperate. I need that money in my account. Im here in the Philippines and Gcash is the only way i can transfer my funds from Paypal. But it always "error". Please help me... i dont know what to do... im almost overflowing with debts... Paypal doesnt have any concern about situations like this... i just hope all of the Paypal team feels the desperation and pain that im with... HELP HELP HELP

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I have this same problem of permanent limitations on my new account.

I didn't made any transection by this new account yet.

And I don't know why PayPal limited my account.

We have to wait for 180days, they will send us an email when and how we can get it. No way for is to refund it now.

Is there any other way for me to get my money back? Paypal just suddenly decided to permanently limit my account even I provided all the evidences that I am just trading crypto online.I had all my transactions but still, they just shut my account and all my savings and earnings were there. And I can't get hold to them to just please release the funds because that money was payment for us. We also have the right to get it.
