Permanently limited

hello, my 2 paypal accounts is permanently liminted with 500k USD and the Paypal support can't help me, they only talk nice and that's all. My accounts was blocked for crazy reason that I sell se*ually orientied materials or services, its BIG BIG MISTAKE we sell shouts on Instagram. WHO can help me sort this issue? Where I need to write or go with my layer to write a report about this mistake. Or maybe need to go to Luxenburg to Paypal's office?
