It’s been pass 180 days and I still haven’t received an email from PayPal to withdraw my funds . Are they thieves or do I have to wait longer ?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I did contact customer service , PayPal has the worst service i seen by far . They told me they have no information keep waiting on an email . And one person got locked out they account and customer service just told them “ reboot your phone “ . They give the worst advice when they’re suppose to be helping .

First step, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if you haven't already.

If that fails, and you have a significant amount of money in the account (thousands of dollars or more), you might try to contact FairShake about a deal.

Beyond that? Reach out to the press. PayPal has been doing this a lot, and public scrutiny (and the regulatory oversight that follows) is about the only thing that will make them stop.

Thanks for the great advice I already filed an complaint with bbb . I’m waiting on a response if I don’t hear anything within a week I’ll go to fairshare . It’s already bad enough I had to wait 180 days now it seem like they’re just trying to steal my money .
