Permanent limitations of the account without visible reason

Hi, i have my account permanently limited. I don't know the reason, what exactly was wrong. It still has a positive balance with a funds i've received recently after my account has been created. Is there any chance to withdraw the money? Or review a decission about the limitation? Account for private purposes, not business. Thanks in advance

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

@kernowlass i'm a bit shocked, as i have my money blocked. I contacted a customer support, they didn't promise anything.

If you have a permanent ban then funds are normally held for 180 days.
Was the payment sent from a family member or for payment for goods/services?

@kernowlass it was for my one-time informtional help, more like Family and Friends support, but from the company i helped. I'm not selling anything, its not a commercial account. I didn't know that i could face with such problems. Otherwise i will never use the Pay Pal service. It seemed to be quick and easy, but it turns like this

Could be that paypal thought it was a goods/services transaction which is against paypal rules in your country?
Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.
If you want to appeal you would need to contact customer services.
