Permanent limitation

Pls help me resolve the permanent limitations on my PayPal account pls i beg if you pls 🙏 Have been crying all day. I got nothing to feed on with my family cus all I have is in my PayPal pls. And have been trying to send multiple msgs but not to avail I honestly need your help pls have mercy on me pls Am a disable woman of 33 years old and am on sick bed right now. Pls help me resolve the permanent limitations on my PayPal just for me to remove the money and get some food stuff pls. Thanks 🙏
