Hello,
This morning i received an email by paypal stating that my account was permanently limited because "clients weren't satisfied with my agency".
I want to specify that I am not an agency, I use paypal for personal uses and for group pays for presents or to split some money with friends for buying some products.
The last activity I have made on my account was 9 friends giving me money we decided to split for buying a computer app that we are going to use toghether.
Now i cannot use my paypal account due to the limitations, and my friend's money are there, locked.
I contacted the support by phone call and they could not give me a clue on why the account was permanently limited.
I am very unhappy with this situation, first because i haven't been given any clue of what terms I have violated, secondly because i use paypal for paying services such as Apple music or buying online, and lastly because my friends money are there, locked.
Is there a solution to this? How can i get my account back? I honestly will no longer use Paypal if this issue won't be solved.

Issue solved.
The assistance finally replied me by saying that it can happen when there is an high amount of payments by different geographics zone (in my case, they were all from different parts of my country), or if someone gives money as a customer rather than a friend/relative.
After talking more with the assistance by phone call, the issue got solved.
I hope this can help others that are in my same situation.

I'm sorry to hear that your accounts have been limited. If you have the option to upload documents within the Resolution Center, I recommend reviewing this Help Center article for directions on how to lift a limitation. However, if you were notified the limitation was permanent, it typically cannot be lifted. You are always welcome to request a second opinion, though. You can review different options for contacting Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Customer Support is also available on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram private messages.
I hope you're both able to have the limitations lifted!

there is no options to submit any document and also they don't allow me to talk to there customer service
