Pending payment from 10 days.

Hello , 

I am a new PayPal  user.

On 8th September 2021 i got email from PayPal that i got ** $ .... Further it says that i have to give bit more information about me in resolution centre to  withdraw my money in bank. I can't see any transactions in activity page of PayPal. I have send many mails to PayPal in previous 10 days but they didn't response . And i also message them but every time the agents are offline. 

Please give me some assistance.
