I have $20,000+ in withdrawls from PAYPAL TRANSFER ADD TO BALANCE WEB ID: PAYPALSD22 and Paypal will not take a report from me because it's not in my paypal account - which makes no sense. If the money was in my paypal account I'd be annoyed but not reporting a fraud.
Chase is refunding $12,000 but leaving me to handle the remainder of it. How do I get someone in Paypal's fraud department to be willing to take a report. According to my bank Paypal is the merchant.
