Paypal was denying my cases

Dear Paypal Team, I ordered a lot of expensive items but the seller lie me and send some stickers, you can see all transactions, I opened a case but Paypal was denyind, Please help me I lost my money and I need all my founds, Hope your understanding

Sounds like you need to change your case to Significantly not as described.

 

Your case was denied because may be you reported Item not received when you received something or if you reported unauthorized activity but no one broke into your account.

 

Contact customer service about changing your case to Significantly not as Described (SNAD):

 

  1. https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
  2. Click Disputes and account limitations.
  3. Click Disputes.
  4. Click Dispute a payment.
  5. Click Message Us or Call Us after “This information might help” box.
