Paypal sent money to wrong account

I sent money to a friend using the friends and family mode. I sent it to my friend at gmail.com. Paypal put the money into comcast.com instead. The person who got the money, who i don't know, won't refund the money. Neither will paypal. How do I get my money back?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear a recent transaction didn't go through quite as you had expected. Thank you for advising on the steps you've already taken. At this point, if you funded the card with your bank or external debit / credit card, I'd recommend reaching out to that card company / bank to see what dispute options may be available.
