Paypal permanently locked, waiting for balance withdrawal

On November 21st of 2023, I send upwards of £2,000 to my father in which I was purchasing a bike from him. I had never sent this much money and was bringing in more than £200 a day in Paypal payments. I do not know whether it was a fraud issue whether they believed it was or not but a few days later it was permanently locked.

I had £338 in the balance and 3 refunds were requested due to issues with their product that I provided. I do not know whether it will be unlocked due to what others have been told?

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
