Paypal message center working hours

Hello. Im from Latvia. Im trying to reach paypal message center agent already 2 days (Sat., Sun.) All time i get answer --- >>

Messaging support is not available at this time. Please try again during business hours. You can also browse the PayPal Help Center for answers to frequently asked questions.

What is working hours for message center? Im already so angry on this all. 

I have contacted via facebook paypal, but there is no help at all.

As you haven't asked our advice on an issue then all I can help you with is this.......

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
