Paypal is not responding at all and keep pushed back decision.

I purchased 5 figure high end product, but it was lost in transit. 

I claimed dispute item never received case three month ago. 

Trucking company admitted that my package was lost in transit and seller filed a claim a while ago. However, resolution date keep pushed back 4 days every week. 

Customer service keep telling me that back office (Specialist) is investigating the case like bot, but I haven't heard back anything from them for three months. 

What they have to do is contacting seller and the trucking company for investigation, however they are doing nothing. 

I am very frustrating.
