A case was filed against me. I submitted proof of Royal Mail tracked delivery. Paypal found against me, refunded the buyer and fined me £12.
They now have the audacity to send me some "tips" - Your guide to fewer cases & smoother business! My tips would be that I am in charge of running my business, I deal fairly with my customers. It is not Paypal's business to interfere in my customer relations. I have now lost a good customer.
Paypal did not give me the chance to input my thoughts at any stage of the process.
My tip for smoother business is to remove the Paypal module, which I have done. Now, if any cases arise, I can deal with them myself - my job, not Paypal's!
