Paypal funds

My Paypal account is limited and I have a balance there it says that it will be help up 180days and my account was limited on 10/31/23 it has been 180days and I haven't received email about this

You get the email when and if you become eligible after that mandatory 180 days.

If you have not received the email then you need to keep waiting or you could reach out to customer services for an update?

You would only get the funds if you are over 18, the account is in your legal name and you reside in the same country as your paypal account is registered.
