2K worth of **bleep** this guy bought from Ebay and shipped to an address that wasn't mine. Paypal investigation team: This is consistent with your activity. Really? wtf man. Also called the police as i saw this was tracking and was going to their address. Them: Call the FBI. Jesus, can you not trust anyone anymore to do their job. Guess i'll call you guys tomorrow and point out you could have called Ebay to see if it was purchased from the same account as mine or see that i already reported this to them. Smfh man. The address is different and its way more than I would ever spend in one purchase. Paypal, hire better people so we don't have to appeal and go through all this bs or i'm done using this site. I have 2FA now setup and learned my lesson its a pain to do everytime but when cases now get denied that are obvious fraud its worth the hassle. guy spent 2k on a credit card that was literally cancelled and somehow it went through and also used $300 of paypal funds. Great, now I can't just rely on my credit card company to refund me.

A dispute for an unauthorised transaction is telling Paypal that your account was hacked and used without your consent to make that transaction.
Paypal would check IP addresses and devices and close the dispute if it was you that made the transaction.
So why didn't you open a dispute for non receipt of item OR do you mean that you did open that one and the 'unauthorised' transaction in the title of your thread an error?
