Please my account is limited permanently because I was trying to open PayPal on my just by following the steps but I was unable to add my card, yesterday someone offered to teach me how to do it by signing up another account in same phone and forgot to delete the old account that wasn't working so after creating a new account I was told that my account is permanently limited. Please 🙏 what should I do in this case because I'm new to PayPal
You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
