After a failed transaction my Paypal account got restricted. It failed because the transaction was still based on an old bank account which I don't have anymore, but the secondary option was used to cover the amount for the transaction and it was successful then. As I don't have the bank account anymore I cannot verify it, so I wrote down what happened and did upload the information in the bank verification field. I also provided all other information and did cover the missing amount in my Paypal account, but the restrictions are still there. Why it is still there?
