Paypal Steam disputes

Ok so i made a charge back in march against steam beacause i didn't like a game steam wouldn't refund it so i made a claim, and got permanently banned from buying anything from steam, how do i reverse the charge back and pay the money back?

A chargeback is not a paypal dispute, its a claim raised directly with your card issuer.

However even if it is not a paypal dispute you can't reverse a completed dispute.

You would need to contact Steam to see if you can pay the funds again.

Hey,

I know this thread is 'old now' but I was going to do the same thing as you. Are you still perma banned from buying games on Steam? Did you claim through PayPal?

I'm afraid a chargeback cannot be reversed. Once a case has been opened it cannot be removed from our system. 

Also, Steam will not remove the ban from your account by removing your case.
