Hello all.

Paypal has limited my account with no explanation. Im getting this message: "We couldn’t complete your payment for you. To get your payments working again, check your account or contact us". Paypal customer service is AWOL and I'm being held hostage by some autmoated algorithm. Anyone have any insight?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hi! Thanks for the reply. Have tried options 1,2 and 3 but no dice as yet. I'll try option 4. I'm just really irritated because it's the second time this month that this has happened and I have had to suspend paypal payment as an option for my business until I can get someone on the horn.
