Paypal Account got Permanent Limited without any mail or warning

Hey Paypal Community,
My Paypal got Limited 36 Hours Ago They requested for Credit Card image and i submitted them but after 12 Hours i opened my Paypal Dashboard there is a Notification Because of potential risk exposure, we've permanently limited your account. You'll no longer be able to use the account for any transactions. I don't know why it happens i also not recieved any mail or warning about that can anyone help me about that and i am calling support they are not Picking up my calls is there any way to contact them through mail if yes please let me know there support mail Thanks in Advance.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
