Hi, hope you all are well and safe. Yesterday I place an order with taste of Bombay from Just eat. The web-site didn't mention that they were closed on Thursday. Also Halifax online were have some issue so I made 2 payments. Being ring them but no luck

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear some recent transactions haven't gone as you expected. First we'd recommend reaching out to the merchant to request a refund. If the merchant isn't reachable or if they're unwilling to work with you, you may want to look into opening an Item Not Received dispute if you never received what you purchased.
