Payment received but not credited on account from swarmbyte Inc.

I got an email from paypal regarding a payment of $17.84 USD from Swarmbyte Inc. which was accumulated on Honeygain app. According to email I need to reach resolution centre but there is nothing there on resolution centre.

Please Help

I understand your payment was not credited to your account. I would ask that you please check your Resolution Center and ensure there are no additional requests for information. 

Please also check that the primary email address on your account is confirmed, see: How do I confirm my email address? (paypal.com)

Also, I would advise checking to see if you received an email from PayPal regarding this payment, there may be more information on how to claim the payment within that email.
