Payment on hold due to a case that's not showing up

I have recieved a payment from On device research for £4.13. However, this is not going through until I complete a case in the resoloution center about recent transactions or filling in missing account information There isn't anything showing up in the resoloution center, so what should I do?

Do you mean you can see the funds in your paypal account but on hold OR they are not showing in your paypal account at all?

If they are not showing then check the email address you have used on both sites and make sure they match without any spelling errors and that you have confirmed the address.

If they are showing but on hold then read the links.
