Payment notification mail received but not showing on resolution center

Hi,

Today morning I received this mail as I was expecting the payment I tried to follow the instructions. When I opened the app nothing was there. I have confirmed my mail Id before and account is already exist. I am a new user if anyone can help me with the process.
