May well be the start of a typical scam.
They have to have your email address so that they can send you FAKE paypal emails pretending they have paid but its on hold until you ...
1. Send the item.
2. Pay a couriers fee.
3. Pay a fee to be able to accept a payment from a business account or whatever excuse they give to try and scam you.
They also tell you the so called fee has to be sent via tokens or bitcoin or any other method OTHER than paypal.
No funds ever show in your balance because they pay you NOTHING.
