ok, then as you haven't bothered to give any information on what you did or why it didn't work then can't advise further, try customer services?

I logged in and followed the instructions re lodging a dispute ….. received an answer that said my dispute against MENULOG could not be actioned. Tried this with three attempts with same response.  Wondering I’d ..Menulog is a protected species ???

Thanks for your input …. Funny thing … today I tried again and my dispute has been accepted and is now underway.
