PayPal taken Domestika's side and Denied my claim request.

I ordered course bundle from Domestika.org (Domestika, Inc) with amount of $39.90. But I was unsatisfied so I request to change them, They changed. But none of the courses met my expectation. Then I asked to a refund! But they ignore that by saying I abuse their policy. (not said how) I lost $40 for useless courses. So after refusing refund request I open distipute. But After escalating issue to PayPal the denied my claim request saying product already delivered to you. Yes it delivered but it's content not same what they introduce on introduction vide. Also they has refund policy of 14 days. But they ignore to refund. What can I do for that? I am not rich person. So $40 is very big amount to me.😣 Please can anyone tell me that, Can't I take my money back? Please Help Mee!!! 😞 If you value your money don't buy their courses.
