PayPal refused my dispute because seller said I received the item when I didn't receive the item and even sent screenshots in the dispute of seller refusing to give me a refund and not giving me the item and now I can't reply to the dispute neither contact PayPal. What should I do?

Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item?
Did you escalate to a claim?
Did the seller provide trackable proof of delivery?

Yes, I opened a disputed for the item, I escalated the claim, and paypal refused it by saying "Case Status:Closed We've closed the case as the seller reported they've delivered the item." This is a complete lie, I even attached proofs of the seller not giving me the item (it was a digital item) and refusing to give me a refund. I contacted the seller now asking why would they lie about giving me the item and told them I will give them a day to give me the item I paid for or a refund.

You need to read up on paypals buyer protection policy for virtual /digital items as you are not covered 100% for everything.

But I literally attached all screenshots and proofs of the conversations between me and the seller. How is that not enough? It's a little ridiculous paypal taking the seller's side while I sent all proofs in the dispute.

Then how am I supposed to prove it? I straight up just sent the screenshots of the conversation between me and the seller, I can also screen record if they want it that way
