PayPal permanently limited and i got this email :

You can no longer do business with PayPal

After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we detected that this account was created using either fraudulent or stolen information.

You’ll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal.

If you have money in your PayPal balance, we’ll hold it for up to 180 days. After that period, we’ll email you with information on how to access your funds.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

My account is created with my name and Verified with my passport and Social security number and with a bank account and a number the only thing is that I'm using it in turkey because I'm studying abroad and I'm using the account to pay my university fees I want to know how I can contact them to remove my limitation because I can verify anything in my account and I really need the money in it I cant wait 180 days that's ridiculous I appreciate any help .

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.
HOWEVER Paypal is not available OR supported in Turkey.
