PayPal permanently closed my account without any actual given reason

For no reason at all I randomly get a email from Paypal saying they permanently closed my account breaking there tos, I got no clue what I even did I have had temporary limitations on the account before which I dealt with and verified it, I had 1 cb on my account which I ended up losing even though I am the one that got scammed.

I also received this email i have a personal account only for buying and paying services (netflix etc) What the **bleep** happened? Im 15 years on paypal
