PayPal have paid out on a billing agreement I cancelled months ago. I know I cancelled it as I went in to cancel another one to Ancestry com at exactly the same time. I even went back in to check they were cancelled and they were. I disputed it the day it was leaving my account but they have upheld making the payment with no reason given. I’ve escalated the complaint and they’ve sent a standard ‘ hope I’m now satisfied’ message without even answering!!! I’m furious and will take it all the way then leave them if I have to. Any advice please before I ask for legal support. Thanks.
