Over a month ago, I ordered some clothes of a website, and I only received 1 item
I'm trying to get 150 euro refunded from this website
It is currently on we are reviewing the sellers info.
The website gave the tracking number
The problem here is that its been over a month, I have heard nothing from both parties
I'm just trying to get my money refunded from this scammer website and I opened up a dispute to get my money back, but I just get delayed and delayed!
I can't even live chat, doesn't allow me
Any tips for this issue?

Hmm you may lose then if the seller can provide trackable proof of delivery.
Normally you open 'item received but not as described' ie items missing not non receipt of item.
