My account got limited permanently in April 2023. I was supposed to get my back in October 7.I mean after 180 days. Threre was no disputes. But i didn’t get any email instruction about withdrawal. So i called paypal they said that no i will not able to withdraw funds as they gave me another limitation in October 13. And asked my to wait 180 days again. In april 10,180 days is over. And i can't withdraw funds. I called paypal multiple time they said they. They don’t know when i will get my funds back. Only system know about the withdrawal. And they make a ticket to their back office. And i called paypal they said. Their back office rejected the request for withdrawal. I don't know why. Why are they holding my funds for absulately no reason.

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.
If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside. There may be other reasons why they don't release funds and if there are then you won't get an email permitting release of said funds.
Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.
