I created a business account for a vendor's site that charges a commission. I created a vendor account on the site with a song for sale, and I tried to purchase the song to see if the system works and PayPal limited my account. They asked me to provide:
Upload a photo ID Provide your business information Provide purchase receipt from your supplier Provide proof of fulfillment
However, I don't understand what they mean by proof of fulfillment.
Proof of fulfillment is the shipment tracking number assigned to your postage label on your package that can be entered at carrier website to check shipment status and confirm that item has been shipped/delivered
