PayPal got my account frozen and is over a year now can you help me

Please is over a year now have been sending messages to Paypal customer service about my money that got frozen is over a year now you only told me to wait for just 3 month to mail me a check going to 2 years now I never get my money or a check from you please how can you help me get my money back I don't want to regret using PayPal

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
