PayPal email in spam

Hello I got email notifications from Paypal that my client already paid 500usd but I received it in spam folders and says it's pending and ask to expand my account balance. Then my client send another 75 USD. Then my client wants a refund. My problem is I haven't received any payment nor notification in PayPal even pending notification
