Hi, I placed an order with Dollar Tree online and while I received the correct item, it is not the color as advertised. I don't mean the color online was white and I received beige; I mean I ordered brown and they sent blue. Anyway, my claim was denied and I've already opened an appeal once which was also denied. PayPal is saying that because I received the correct item, the color shouldn't matter. If you go to a restaurant and order filet mignon but receive a chuck roast, wouldn't that tick you off?! Is there anything else I can do? I've already contacted BBB.
