With a dispute for item received but not as described' the item has to be ''significantly'' not as described.

You ordered a game and received a game and so paypal did not deem the monogram as making it a significant as they don't get involved in quality issues.

That does not detract from your statutory rights ie you can pursue a claim in the small claims court against the seller if you have that in your country and the seller is in the same country as yourself OR you can contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you if you funded your paypal payment that way?

Engraving both requested names is a significant problem. The whole purpose of this company’s advertisement and marketing of the sales was that they were putting a personal touch to gift idea by adding your name on the board game Jenga with two names. I did not order Jay & Michell Yes this is a significant unacceptable error in their behalf they most likely shipped my order to Jay and Michelle. How can Paypal decide oh well you got a game I don’t know why you’re upset so just send it to your get over it and have a good laugh. Yes I got a game but it wasn’t the game I was ordering I was ordering a monogram game that had a special touch add to it was with my family’s name. When ordering the game they ask you what two name you want on it and then an image appears showing you how it looks with the two selected names before you accept the order, place the order and then be connected to PayPal. Seriously this is wrong to allow this in their favor that it’s OK to advertise monogrammed gifts and then to allow them to send the wrong one out and by showing them that their error in business is acceptable. yes i recently made a dispute that you guys are saying was not an unauthorized transaction and that i had set up a subscription with them but i certainly did not. i need someone else to look at the dispute and refund me my money. just because i missed a few dollars they stole from me a week before does not mean i set up a subscription. no subscription to anything i can think of is going to charge you in all different denominations in 2 different currencies within 10 mins, a subscription is a specific fee usually 1 charge a month. whoever said that i authorized that payment needs to be fired because they're obviously really bad at their job.

A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product and forget to cancel. As a buyer you must agree to a billing agreement/subscription before a merchant can take a payment from your PayPal account.
If you don't notice during checkout OR don't cancel then it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

If its not in there then paypal do cover unauthorised transactions but they check your IP address and history to check. So you are not covered if the hack came from a 3rd party site or you clicked a fake link in an email or you had a virus on your computer etc.

If you don't think any apply then all you can do is contact customer services to appeal.

ya i never setup a subscription with that company, i dont even think it was a legit actual company.

whoever got in to my paypal account did setup a subscription thats how they charged me,

not to mention ive never heard of a supposed subscription charging someone in all different denominations in 2 different currencies over the course of about 10 mins for $870 until that specific account was drained nor why someone reviewing the transaction could even think that was legitimate.
