Please help me due to impossible misssion to login in to my PayPal acconut. So, I changed my password and got a PayPal confirmation by mail that everything is fine now. After xxxx attempts the answer is the same: "Sorry we couldn't confirm that it's you" (???!!!). So, everything was done according to the protocol before: entering the confirmation cod, answering security questions, confirming PayPal message that everythin is fine. I took it a step further-deletetd cookies and cache for the least seven days, tried again and again the same answer: "Sorry we couldn't confirm that is was you (THANKS PAYPAL!!!).

I would be grateful if anyone has an idea or advice on how to finally sign up a PayPal account.

P.S. A direct phone call is not possible because my spoken English is not perfect and I think it would only complicate things. Please for understand
