I have had a subscription fee double deducted from my credit card by PayPal. Not by the subscription service. I cannot see how to report this through PayPal's narrow "help" system. When i contacted the subscription service, they refunded the payment, which resulted in PayPal deducting ANOTHER annual subscription amount from my credit card. I have now been charged over three times! Any advice on how to 'fit' this simple query into PayPal's narrow version of customer service?
