PayPal Locked Account Due to Age Years Ago

4 years ago, when I was 15 years old, I setup a PayPal account for a small business that I had started. I put a lot of cash through the account, maybe $3,000+. (well, a lot of cash for a 15-year-old) I didn't realize that PayPal requires its users to be 18 years old.
Several years later PayPal requests that I perform additional identity checks. In the process of verifying my identity, PayPal discovered that I was 15 when I started the account. Hallelujah. Within several weeks they had suspended my account with several years worth of transaction history. Even worse, I can't use my "standard" username for a new account since it's on the old account. Also, my bank information can't be used on my new PayPal account because it's been "already linked to an account".
Every time I contact PayPal, I get vague responses and nobody can seem to help. They seem to think I'm a fraud, but how can I be a fraud simply trying to regain access to an account I started when I was too young?
Anybody, please help. I am desperate to regain access to my account. If it weren't against PayPal policy, I would pay $$$ to anybody can help. 😂😂😂

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use.
You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to do a withdrawal of funds from that account or allow you to open a new account and transfer the funds across for you. Opening a new account is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once but you should get one of those options.
Do not try and open an account without customer services permission or you may be limited again. Also you may not be able to withdraw the funds if the paypal account is not in your legal name, a username or fake/nickname is not allowed.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
