I made a sale on the app depop - it was the first thing I sold on it, so the first thing sold through PayPal - the girl sent me the money and I got an “on hold” email so I’ve to wait 21 days to receive the payment which is so annoying Then I get another email saying my account has been limited and I can’t receive money? What am I supposed to do now? I provided all the documents but I’ve no idea how I’ll get the payment for the item or whether I should ship the item at all

If you can't resolve the limitation then see if you can refund the buyer, if not then they can open a dispute for non receipt of item which you do not contest so that they get their payment back again.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
