PayPal Closed our bussiness account after 10 years without providing any reason

PayPal closed our account on May 13th after 10 years of working together stating there is User's Agreement violation- I have called them many times, escalated the case another many times but this running in a circle. They keep buying time by telling your we will send you an email in 24 hours but it is all non sense . All I'm asking what did I do wrong ? User's Agreement has many parts & I have not done anything wrong to my best of knowledge. The worst part is on May 14th my name was reported to MATCH/TMF & the entity that has done this is Wells Fargo bank. I have never worked with Wells Fargo bank my whole life. I contacted mastercard.com & they disclosed the acquirer to be Wells Fargo with a merchant ID that I have never had. This was done one day after PayPal closed our account.
This is causing me to go bankrupt since I can not acquire any new merchant accounts.
