Pay in 4 fraud

Someone used my pay pal pay in 4 to pay something on TikTok. It’s still pending but PayPal won’t let me cancel these transactions. I don’t understand how?? I never even approved this loan to tik tok

If its pending for 30 days it will time out.

If it completes then you can open a dispute for unauthorised if that is what is was.

In the meantime change your password / security questions etc.
